• Restaurants: The Sailing Club restaurant features some of the very best fusion creations available in Vietnam.  Using the freshest ingredients and specializing in Phan Thiet’s excellent seafood, The restaurant offers a wide selection of delicious and often unique dishes, combining local flavors with global influences.  David Bulpitt, Executive Chef hails from England ensures all tastes and dishes are to an international standard.
