BUN XAO PHUC KIEN

Materials : Rice flour, meat, spice. It is the special dish of Chinese people living in Hoi An town.

BANH BAO - BANH VAC

Materials : Rice flour, meat, shrimp, spice. This cake is favoured by many tourist because of not only, its delicious taste but also its good shape.
 

SUSE & IT LA GAI

Materials : Gentinous rice - flour, green bean, sugar, pulp of coconut. many tourists buy these cakes as present for their families on occation of visiting Hoi An.
 

COM HEN

Materials : Rice, corbicula & spice. This is the familiar dish of Hoi An people. Moreover, there are browned - corbicula in fast & mixed - corbicula.

CHE BAP

Processed from tender corn & sugar. Especially, in Hoi An, you can eat "che bap" the whole year.

Materials : Rice-flour, meat, shrimp, vegetable & spice. This is the popular meal of Hoi An & Quang Nam province
