Cancellation charge:

If notification of cancellation is received  >14 working days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charge but US$ 10. 00 plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.   If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14  working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of   10%  rate plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.   If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6  working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of   40%  rate plus Bank Fee 3.5 % will be applied. If notification of cancellation is received less than 2  working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of   100%  rate. ( full length stay will be charged) If cancellation is failed to make, full charge of your booking is applied.
