How To Use Our Service

Reservations
Making an online reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations form, making sure that you give us your e-mail address and sending it to us. You will then be connected to our reservation form  which will be sent to  our reservation department. Follow the instructions on the form they will make  your reservation and get back to with the status of the booking. It is our policy to reply to all request within 36 hours.

Credit Cards
Your credit card information is required to enable us to process your reservation. No reservations can be made without these details unless otherwise a consent of telegraph or bank transfer to our account is recorded. When making your credit card will be required to secure your booking. You have  choice of using the credit card payment form completing your card details, signing the form and faxing it to us or pay over our secure site  using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Not all taxi drivers in Vietnam are fluent in English so we have written the name and address of the hotel in Vietnam on the voucher. Simply print it out before leaving home and hand it to the driver as you get into the taxi.
