From Sapa hilltop to Angkor Wat temple

Day 1 : HANOI (L,D)
Pick-up from the airpot -Visit “French quarter”, “Ho Chi
Minh-mausoleum” “Ngoc Son-Temple, “Van Mieu-temple”, “Chua
Mot Cot-pagode” -In the late afternoon “Water puppet show”
Day 2 : HANOI – LAO CAI (B,L)
Morning-visit at temples of Dinh and Le. With sampan
through the ricefields for the caves of Tam Choc and Bich
Dong. In the late afternoon transfer to station for
sofsleeper to Lao Cai.
Day 3 : LAO CAI – SAPA (B,L)
Pick-up from the trainstation – with minivan to
mountianvillage Sapa – visit at the market. Visit at Cat Cat
(Black H’Mong-people) – stay in the “ Victoria Hotel ” to
relax !
In the evening : songs of the Hmong-girls !
Day 4 : AUTHENTIC TREK TO THANH PHU(B,L,D)
Stay on the traditional house on stilts of the Tay-people.
Meet schoolchildren and local people.
Day 5 : SAPA – BAC HA - HANOI(B,L,D)
Drive through the mountains to H’Mong-village “Bac Ha” (colourful
market) and people of Red Dao. Visit the local market In
the afternoon long walk in the villages and meet the local
people (Traurionmountain – Thac Bac-waterfalls). In the late
afternoon transfer to Lao Cai for the night train
“Victoria-train” to Hanoi.
Day 6 : HANOI – HALONG(B,L,D)
Start for the “ Halong Bay Overnight Luxe Cruise” with
Halong Ginger. Visit “Thien Cung-cave”, “Dau Go-cave and
Sung Sot”” and little islands “Tuan Chau”,“Dinh Huong”etc.
Lunch and Sunset on the boat .
Day 7 : HALONG – HANOI(B)
In the morning with kajaks on the bay – rest of the day :

Day 8 : HANOI – NING DINH – VINH(B,L,D)
Stop at Ninh Binh – sampan-ride through the rice fields to
the caves of Tam Col
Day 9 : VINH-DONG HOI – HUE (B)
Day 10 : HUE(B,L,D)
In the morning visit the Phong Nha-caves – boat-ride on the
Parfum-river to Thien Mu-pagode – Afternoon : Visit the
forbidden City (Nguyen-dynasty).
Day 11 : HUE – DANANG – HOI AN(B,L,D)
Stop at the China Beach in Danang – visit the old city of
Hoi An and the harbour
Day 12 : HOI AN – NHATRANG(B)
Trainride from Hoi An to Nhatrang
Day 13 : NHATRANG – PHAN THIET(B,L,D)
Visit the village “Lang Chai” with local people – visiti the
Cham-temples and Long Son-pagode
Day 14 : DALAT ( Valley of Love )(B,L,D)
Visit the palace of Bao Dai – with local train to mountain
villages
Day 15 : DALAT – SAIGON (B,L,D)
City-tour in Saigon (Notre-dame cathedral, Cholon-market,
Thien Hau-temple, Chinatown )
Day 16 : CU CHI and TAY NINH (B,L,D)
Excursion to the Cu-Chi-tunnels – Visit Tay Ninh ( Cao
Dai-temples with local ceremony).
Day 17 : MEKONG-DELTA – CAO BE – VINH LONG – CAN THO (B,L,D)
Visit with little boat on the Mekong-river to the watertown
Cai Be and floating market. Further with the boat to Vinh
Long and lunch on little farm. Visit the Bang Lang-reservate.
Day 18 : CAN THO – SAIGON (HO CHI MINH CITY ) (B,L,D)
Visit the colourful floating markets of Cai Rang and Phong
Dien. With van from My Tho to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 19 : CAN THO – SAIGON – SIEM REAP (B,L,D)
In the early morning to Can Tho – and take the flight from
Saigon to Siem Reap
Day 20 – Day 21 : ANGKOR WAT (B,L,D)
Visit Angkor Wat – Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm-temple – Baneay
Kdei, Sra Srong, Ta Keo. Sunset on hill of Phnom Bakeng.
Day 22 : ANGKOR WAT (B,L,D)
in the morning visit the village Preah Dark (Banteay Srei-tempel and Rolus-group)
Visit the floating villages on Tonle Sap-lake. Visit the
Banteay Samre and Banteay Srei. Evening of Day 20 :
Cultural show with Aspara-dances.
Day 23 : SIEM REAP – HANOI (B)
Flight from Siem Reap to Hanoi .
