Day 1: Sai Gon - Vinh Long -
Sai Gon
Drive from Sai Gon to Cai Be
(100 km). Vivid farming
activities and the riverine
life of the Mekong Delta can
be seen en route. Take a
boat trip from Cai Be along
the mighty Mekong River and
its tributaries to view the
riverine of local people who
work and play on the
waterways of the Mekong
Delta. It would be a miss if
we do not visit the floating
market at Cai Be, and a
family-run workshop making
pop-corn, pop-rice. A taste
of these local products with
green-tea brings you a great
feeling of the tropical
weather. Lunch will be set
up in a local house that
located on an island which
is fertile place for
different fruits and trees.
After lunch, taking a short
nap on a hammock under the
shady garden must be
interesting. Return to Sai
Gon in late afternoon.

Day 2: Sai Gon - Cu Chi -
Phan Thiet
A half-day trip to Cu Chi
tunnels. Drive to
extraordinary Cu Chi
tunnels, about 65 Km (11/2
hours drive) from Sai Gon.
The complicated system of
underground network was
built by Viet Cong
guerillas. On the way, you
have chance to see rural
people live and work. View
occupations such as cashew
nut farming, duck breeding,
rice farming and production
of rice paper, a key
ingredient in Vietnamese
cuisine. In the afternoon,
drive to the seaside town of
Phan Thiet (200 km). En
route stop at an orchard
where farmers grow the
otherworldly "Blue Dragon"
fruit (seasonal). Check in
to the hotel in time to
enjoy a beautiful sunset on
the beach. Overnight at
Seahorse resort *****in Phan Thiet
Day 3: Phan Thiet –
Relaxing
Full day of leisure on the
beach. (Option: City tour of
Phan Thiet, visitting to
Cham ruins, biking to
fishing villages and sand
dunes along Mui Ne
peninsula, visitting to a
factory producing "Nuoc Mam"
fish sauce - a staple of
Vietnamese cuisine, and
admirng the colourful
fishing boats in Phan Thiet
port).
Overnight at Seahorse resort
*****in Phan Thiet
Day 4: Phan Thiet - Sai Gon
Morning is for leisure and
relaxation on the beach.
Return to Sai Gon in the
afternoon.
End of services.
