Once a quiet French hill resort near the Chinese border, the town of Sapa now draws visitors from around the world. Travelers admire dramatic mountain scenery, trek to remote Hmong and Yao villages to see women create batik and embroidered goods and bargain for made-for-tourist handicrafts in a lively marketplace. The trip combines with World heritage of Ha Long Bay. Located in the Gulf of Tonkin, the bay covers an area of 1500 square km. With more than a thousand limestone peaks soaring from its crystalline emerald water this area is one of the natural wonders of Vietnam and now a World Heritage listed site. Visitors have constantly marvel at Ha Long Bays’ natural beauty. The tiny islands are dotted with innumerable beaches and grottoes created by the wind and the waves that make a excellent backdrop for swimming or just lazing about on the boat deck. 

Day 01, Mon: Arrival Hanoi
Arrival transfer to our hotel in old quarter of Hanoi. At leisure, overnight at the hotel in Hanoi

Day 02, Tue: Arrival Hanoi – Victoria Express  train to Sapa
At leisure in Hanoi. Tonight we board the  Victoria Express train to Sapa. The train leaves at 21:50pm.

Day 03, Wed: Sapa
The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at approximately 06:00. There will be a vehicle waiting to transfer us to Sapa.  The drive to Sapa is only 33 km but it takes around 1.5 hours to make our way up the mountains. Arrive Sapa and  freshen up followed by buffet breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy hotel facility and Sapa town. This afternoon at 1pm from the hotel there will be a walking tour to the hill tribe villages of Cat Cat, and Sansaho village home to the H'mong  hill tribes minority peoples. As we walk to the villages nestled in the valley below Sapa, we will meet some of the local minority people on their way to and from Sapa. Here we have the opportunity to share cultural experiences with the families that live in the area.  Diner at the hotel.

Day 04, Thu:  Sapa
Buffet breakfast at the hotel
Embark on a lovely  walk  that will take us along small paths and trails and through several hill tribe villages of Lao Chai and Tavan, home to H'mong, and Dzay people. This is a absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Stopping for a picnic lunch on the way at a family in Ta Van village.  Opportunity to meet with local people and study the art of making batik and local weaving villages - study textile tradition of craft women o Black H'mong and Red Dzao.  Overnight at Victoria Sapa hotel .

Day 05,Fri:  Sapa - Hanoi

We breakfast  at the hotel.

Today we walk to Catcat village for a bird eyes view of the valleys and mountains

while we walk we will meet with tribal H'mong people. Lunch at restaurant in Sapa.
This afternoon webid farewell to friendly local people for a transfer back to Lao Cai for theVictoria Express  train journey back to Hanoi.

The train  Hanoi  around 21:00pm.

Day 06, Sat : Hanoi - Halong bay Junk cruise
This morning pick up from your hotel in Hanoi at 8.30 am we will depart Hanoi at 0830 from your hotel in Hanoi for a four-hour drive through the Red River     Delta to Ha Long City. Arrival in Halong City we transfer to  a refurbished wooden sailing junk for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Halong Bay, giving us the chance to take in the stunning scenery of this World Heritage Site.

A fantastic cruise in Ha Long bay
Visit to Thien Cung cave , Dau Go cave, round over Tuan Chau island,  or Sungsot cave .Continue our cruise while taking in such breathtaking secluded view

Day 07, Sun: Halong bay Junk cruise - Hanoi
Rising to the sound of ocean coming to life for another lovely day.Junk boat once again sets sail through breathtaking secluded Halong bay .  Visit Bai tu long Bay , Teapot island , Chopstiks island. Cruising &  have brunch on board.  Back to Halong wharf and disembark. Transfer back to Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel. The trip concludes in Hanoi.

Leisure day to enjoy Hanoi till your departure.
