Day 1: Arrival Nha Trang – Introduction -
Massage – Herbal
Bath
Upon arrival meet the Assistant Manager to
discuss the program. Vietnamese traditional
massage followed by herbal bath in your
room.
OVERNIGHT ANA MANDARD
Day 2: Tai Chi – Boat Trip with
Sightseeing and Snorkeling – Massage (B,L)
We start the day very early with Tai Chi
instruction on the resort’s private beach.
Afterwards we take an island boat trip that
includes sightseeing and snorkeling.
OVERNIGHT ANA MANDARA A one-day excursion
visiting five of the outlying islands dotted
around
Nha Trang Bay.
This trip, the resorts most popular one can
either be experienced by speedboat, or on a
traditional local engine boat. First of all
visit the Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island
for a brief insight into the aquatic life
found in the warm waters of Nha Trang. See
some of the best coral reefs and the
abundance of aquatic life whilst snorkeling
in the crystal clear sea off
Mun Island.
Admire the caves where the salanganes build
their nests before stopping at
Bamboo Island for a
sumptuous seafood lunch at the Con Se Tre
restaurant. The picturesque views of the bay
from the restaurant are spectacular.
Enjoy an aromatic massage in the afternoon.

Day 3: Market Visit – Massage –
Hot Springs and
Mud Baths(B,D)
Experience local customs on our early
morning visit to the town’s bustling market.
Then relax with a Vietnamese facial massage
and an Oriental foot reflexology massage. In
the afternoon we visit the mineral hot
springs and healing mud baths nearby.

Day 4: Tai Chi – Massage – Departure(B)
Early in the morning take another Tai Chi
lesson on the beach.
Later you will have a Swedish body massage
before you prepare for departure.
