Hanoi cookery Class

Join a special cooking class at the Hanoi’s famous cooking school , Hoasua restaurant. The morning course starts with a walk, accompanied by the chef of the hotel’s Hoasua Restaurant, to the local market where participants get a chance to learn all about Vietnamese ingredients. A cooking demonstration follows in the kitchen and everyone has the opportunity to play an active part. After the class lunch is served in the Vietnamese Restaurant to sample all the different dishes prepared during the demonstration.

KOTO – Cooking Classes

 

The KOTO Cooking Class gives you a taste of the cuisine and the culture of Vietnam. 

Your class starts with a trip to a local market where you can see for yourself the amazing range of fresh ingredients available in Vietnam.

You’ll experience the lively process of choosing the right ingredients, getting the right price and sealing the deal in the hectic, Hanoi environment.

From there you’ll go to KOTO’s training centre to learn with the same facilities as the KOTO trainees.  On hand will be KOTO graduates to guide you through the cooking process.

This is not just a demonstration.  Under step-by-step direction of the KOTO staff you will make your own meals with the fresh, tasty ingredients you have bought.

Next you get to enjoy a fabulous authentic Vietnamese meal.  A meal you can cook again to impress your friends at home.
